How we handle the data you leave us

What data we handle
When you write from the contact page, we store your name, email, company and the message you leave us. To prevent automated submissions we also store a value derived from your connection, never the IP address itself.
What we use it for
Only to answer you about Optibot. We do not create an account, we do not sign you up and we do not send follow-up emails you did not ask for. Your consent, given with the checkbox on the form, is the basis for handling it.
How long we keep it
Requests are deleted after 12 months. Before that you can ask us to delete yours.
Who we share it with
With the platform administrators who handle requests, and with one external provider: Resend, which sends the notification email to our team (it receives your name, email, company and message). The data itself is stored on infrastructure of our own, and Optimus Business Transformation is responsible for it. We do not sell it or use it for advertising.
Your rights and contact
Optimus Business Transformation is the party responsible for this data. You can ask to see, correct or delete what you sent us by writing through the contact form on the home page and mentioning the email you used.
Please do not include sensitive data (health, beliefs, financial or identity numbers) in the message.
